Shipping Policy

Orders will typically ship within 1-2 business days from when they are received Monday thru Friday – excludes holidays. Some orders may arrive later than expected due to carrier delays. We apologize for any inconvenience.

FREE First-Class Shipping on orders over $35 ($4.95 for all orders under $35)

Delivery time is typically 4-6 business days. US ONLY. Please note once an order has shipped, we are not able to change the shipping address.

Canadian Shipping ($9.95)
Estimated delivery time is around 14 business days. Occasionally orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing. Please note: Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by customs agencies once the package reaches Canada. In the case of customs duty, additional charges for customs clearance are borne by the receiver. Please contact your local customs office for further information on duties or any import restrictions.

Although we do not ship outside of the United States and Canada, please feel free to visit to order internationally.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction with Fairhaven Health products is our top priority.

All products purchased directly from Fairhaven Health or through an authorized retailer are guaranteed for quality and label claim up until the listed expiration date. 

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase made directly from All returns require preauthorization.

To initiate a return of a product, please contact our Customer Care team at 800.367.2837 or To help us process your return efficiently, please have the order number, the item name, and the reason for return available. We will issue a unique Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which will authorize the return. Returns received without the RMA number will not be processed.

Fairhaven Health can email a prepaid USPS return label to the customer upon request. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the time of receipt by our warehouse for processing of the return. Once the refund is issued, an email confirmation will be sent to the address on file for the customer’s account. The financial institution may take up to 5 business days to reflect the credit on the customer’s account.

Missing Shipments: Should your order ship and fail to deliver as indicated by the tracking details, please report missing orders as soon as possible, no later than 7 days from the time of expected delivery date.
