Takes the guesswork out of ovulation prediction by detecting the LH surge 24-48 hours before ovulation.
BFP Ovulation Test are Manufactured in N. America to Ensure Accuracy. When you’re trying to conceive, knowing when you ovulate – your most fertile time of month – is particularly helpful. The BFP Ovulation Test from Fairhaven Health is the ideal way to pinpoint your ovulation date and optimally time your lovemaking (or “babydancing,” as it’s referred to in the online trying-to-conceive community). Determining this peak fertile window enhances your odds of a seeing a BFP – Big Fat Positive when testing for pregnancy.
The BFP Ovulation Test works by detecting the telltale rise in Luteinizing Hormone (LH) that occurs just before you ovulate – with greater than 99% accuracy. This pronounced spike in LH typically occurs 24-48 hours before you ovulate, providing you with a clear signal that your fertile window is open and that intercourse over the next two days will maximize your odds of achieving pregnancy.
Using the BFP Ovulation Test is easy: Simply remove the protective cap from the test and hold the absorbent tip in your urine stream for at least 5 seconds. Replace the cap, and lay the test on a flat surface with the reading window facing up. Within 5 minutes, your test result will appear. A positive result indicates you’re at peak fertility.
POSITIVE RESULT. A positive result (meaning that the LH surge has been detected and ovulation is likely to occur within 24-48 hours) is one in which the intensity of the “test” line is equal to or greater than the intensity of the “control” line.
NEGATIVE RESULT. A negative result (meaning that the LH surge has not been detected and you are not likely to ovulate within the next 48 hours) is one in which there is no “test” line visible, or the intensity of the test line is lighter than that of the “control” line.
To determine when you should begin testing with the BFP Ovulation Test, refer to the chart in the BFP Midstream Ovulation Test Instructions.
