i am EBF, and was using a lot of disposable pads. These are great because they are washable and reuasable, and are super soft! I would recommend these to any Bf momma to add to her wish lists! I’ve already washed them several times and they are still super soft. I wash them with te babys stuff so they stay safe and clean
