Dosage: For adults only. One tablet or as directed by a physician. Do not use if seal under cap is broken. Store in a cool, dry place.
Recommended Use:Take 2 capsules daily as a dietary supplement

Are all the bottles a 2-month supply or just the prenatal?
The PeaPod Complete Value Pack provides you with a 2 month supply of PeaPod Prenatal (1bottle), PeaPod Omega-3 (2 bottles), and PeaPod Cal-Mag (2 bottles).
What is the daily dosage?
PeaPod Prenatal is 1 tablet per day. PeaPod Omega-3 is 3 capsules per day. PeaPod Cal-Mag is 2 capsules per day.
Are there any side effects associated with these products?
There are no known side effects associated with these products. If you experience any stomach discomfort, we recommend that you take them in divided doses (morning, afternoon, and evening) with meals.
Can the supplements be crushed or the capsules opened?
Yes, you are welcome to open up the capsules and add them to food or drink.
How long should I use the supplements?
We recommend consistent use throughout your pregnancy. After baby arrives, we recommend that you switch over to the Nursing Blend or Nursing Postnatal for your vitamin support and continue use of Cal-Mag and Omega-3 for overall wellness.
Can I take these supplements with my multivitamin?
PeaPod Prenatal is a daily prenatal vitamin, so we would not recommend taking an additional multivitamin supplement.
Can these supplements be taken in combination with prescription medication?

I struggle to swallow pills and use Cranberry sauce to get them down. These are the best I have found for you and baby though. With morning sickness I switched to a prenatal gummy so I hope one day Fairhaven makes this bundle in gummy form.
