Protect your health while breastfeeding with this comprehensive postnatal multivitamin.
Nursing Postnatal is a comprehensive multivitamin for breastfeeding mothers to maintain their own health and produce nutritious breast milk—because you’re still eating for two!
Producing breast milk takes extra calories and nutrients. To maintain their own health and produce nutritious breast milk, breastfeeding mothers need to be sure to eat a well-balanced and calorie-rich diet, stay adequately hydrated, and get plenty of rest. How easy is that when you’re a new mother? Not!
As a result, doctors recommend that breastfeeding moms supplement with a good multivitamin. Often, a new mother will simply continue taking the prenatal vitamin she used during her pregnancy. Unfortunately, most prenatal vitamins do not contain enough of the specific nutrients that lactating women need to ensure health of both mother and baby.
Nursing Postnatal Breastfeeding Multivitamin was designed to meet the unique nutritional needs of breastfeeding mothers. It provides comprehensive vitamin and mineral support, including 100% Daily Value of several vitamins and minerals, and extra amounts of key vitamins known to be especially important for breastfeeding mothers, including Vitamin D and the B vitamins.
Similar to Nursing Blend, Nursing Postnatal contains a full complement of vitamins and minerals in just the right amounts to keep mom and baby healthy, but does not contain the herbal blend found in Nursing Blend. This breastfeeding multivitamin is intended for nursing moms looking for nutritional support who have no concerns about the quantity of the breast milk they are producing.

I read meant great reviews on this product before I purchased it and thought for sure I would be writing one of those great ones. However, for me, the product had no effect. It did not help to boost or increase my supply. It just simply didn’t do anything for me. I’m sure I’m just one of a few that this happens to.
