How should I clean the Milk-Saver?
We recommend that you use hot soapy water, boil, or run it through the top rack of the dishwasher. It is not recommended that you steam the Milk-Saver.
How many times can I use the Milk-Saver?
The Milk-Saver is reusable, therefore, you can use it as often and as long as you need.
Does it just come with one Milk-Saver?
The Milkies Milk-Saver comes with one Milk-Saver. It is to be worn on the non-nursing side during the breastfeeding/pumping session to collect any leaking milk.
How much milk will the Milk Saver hold?
The Milk-Saver holds over 2 ounces of milk.
Can you use the Milk-Saver beyond the feeding session to collect milk in place of a nursing pad?
You can certainly use it when you are not feeding instead of nursing pads, though note that they are larger than nursing pads, and therefore, not as discreet. Another thing to consider is that the “lid” that comes with it won’t prevent all the milk from spilling out if you do bend forward. We would recommend that you use the Milkies Milk-Saver On-The-Go Breast Shells in between feedings!
Will all breast/nipple sizes fit into the Milk-Saver?
The Milk-Saver was designed for most breast/nipple sizes. The diameter for the nipple opening is one inch.

I don’t know why this product is well known to every pregnant woman – and it definitely should be! I can’t say how much I regret for getting it two months too late. Every single drop of “liquid gold” matters, especially at the beginning when you are not producing much! I didn’t know about this before and have always tried to use a small bottle on the side, but it was difficult to do as I tried to keep the baby latched correctly at the same time. This product was a genius invention and a great buy! Only minor problem is that it’s kind of large and cannot be worn when you go out, but this is by far the best thing I’ve seen.

1- From someone who leaks a lot at letdown, this product has helped me save up to 4-5 oz a day
to put away for my baby when I go back to work! So incredible!
2- It would be so much more helpful if there were multiple sizes based on cup sizes so that it could actually be worn under a bra/tank bc otherwise it stocks out a bit, unless you’re a DD.
3- The biggest shame is that there is no “cover” at the top of the nipple insert you can use to go across
so that if something needs your immediate attention and you move, there is no risk of spillage.

I pump and donate to children who are in/have recently been released from the NICU and (for whatever reason) their mothers can’t breast feed them. As I also breast feed my 3 month old, I work hard for every drop I donate. My Milkies Milk-Saver has given me a chance to collect almost 2 extra ounces every feeding. It is amazing! It was a lot bigger than I expected, but is surprisingly discrete and comfortable. It doesn’t leak (this was something I was fearful of) and is easy to clean. I absolutely love it! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who breastfeeds.

The pictures on the website made it look small and dainty. I was surprised when I got it and it was HUGE and BULKY!. I am not a small woman, and I do not have small breasts, but this barely fit in my bra (and stretched it out). Honestly, it could be just as effective if it were half the size! Also, it was very thick, which is unnecessary. I found it difficult to stuff in my bra, and it took up so much room that it was not comfortable laying my baby next to it to nurse. For the money I spent I am not happy with it. The concept is great. But the design is very poor.

I was very pleased with the Milkies Milk Saver. It is easy to slip in a nursing bra. I collected anywhere from 1/2 ounce to 2 ounces with each feeding, which would have otherwise gone to waste! I would highly recommend to any nursing mother. It would make a great baby shower gift for any new mom.

I love my milkies milk savers I actually wear them during the day rather then nursing pads due to low milk supply and they help me save my milk. I just wish there were lid like ones so when I forget and bend over I don’t spill it all out but ever since I bought these ive been highly recommending them to friends and family who are or expect to become pregnant in the future#

The Milkies Milk-saver was a life saver!! I bought this before the birth of my 3rd baby. With my first two boys I had to pump for weeks just to get enough milk to leave for my first day back to work. I used the milk-saver every time I nursed from the first day home from the hospital. My baby is now two weeks old and I already have 136 oz saved in the freezer!! I was blown away at how well this product worked. I would recommend this to anyone I know. Its such an easy way to store up some milk for your little one if you plan to be away and its so much easier than pumping! I was shocked to see that every time I nursed I was leaking about1/2-2oz of milk from the other breast, what a waste. Well worth the money!!

I absolutely LOVE my Milkies! Last time I breastfed was back in 2002, when all I had was a towel to let my other breast empty out into while I breastfed my baby. This has not only eliminated unneeded extra laundry, but has also allowd me to save up more of my breastmilk.

I bought this as a gift for a friend who just had twins. There would be times when they were on the road and she would be unable to feed/pump at her scheduled times and would lose a lot of milk and was constantly using the little absurbant pads so that she wouldn’t ruin her clothes. I just wanted to email you all that work with milkies that I could not live without it! I did not have a pump until 6 weeks post-partum. I had bought this thinking it was for wearing around the house but when I actually read it I loved it even more! I saved so much milk the first 6 weeks. I had a collective amount of about 90 oz. I was saving about 2-3 oz every time I fed. I couldn’t have been more happy with the product.
