It took me a few tries and lots of research before finding a vitamin that I was happy with. I like that this prenatal includes 100% of everything except for vitamin A since its important to not get too much vitamin A during pregnancy. It doesn't include calcium or magnesium so I take a magnesium pill and calcium pills as well. I'm glad they leave out the calcium so that this pill is easier to swallow. This prenatal is approved on consumerlab.com and is ratest best prenatal on consumersearch.com.The Omega 3s are tasteless. I've never tasted them later in the day like I have other Omega 3 pills.
I've been taking these prenatals and omega3s for almost 2 months and have already ordered more.
I like being able to buy these pills together since it saves money.
I would recommend this item to a friend.

I am currently trying to conceive. I like the DHA, I think it's important for babies brain development. The prenatals seem to have everything.Pros:

I am very happy with the value pack. The vitamin is excellent. It has 3-4 additional vitamins on the list that my other multivitamin did not have. Iodine is on of them. Even the ones from the doctors office were not as complete. The fish oil is great, has no after taste. I will definitely buy this Value Pack again once I run out.

I bought these for my daughter, who is pregnant with her second child; she tells me that she is very happy with them & plans to order more. She is especially happy that your company ships overseas as she lives in Japan.
