At Fairhaven Health, all orders are shipped in discreet packaging to protect your privacy. Orders received by 2pm EST will ship the same-day they are received. Because we do our best to ship out orders as quickly as possible, we are sometimes unable to make changes to order details, including address changes, once an order has been placed and before it has shipped. If you do need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships out.

USPS First Class Mail – FREE For All U.S. Orders
Delivery time is typically between 2-6 business days within the United States. In the event of non-delivery of a U.S. order shipped via first class mail, we will re-ship the package if it has not arrived within 10 business days of order placement.
USPS Priority Mail – $7.95, U.S. Orders Only (FREE Priority Mail for orders over $80)
Delivery is typically between 1-3 business days although it may occasionally take an additional business day. Unfortunately, the USPS does not guarantee priority mail delivery time frames, and as such, neither can we; however we have found the 1-3 business day estimate to be reliable in most cases.
In the event of non-delivery, we will re-ship the package if it has not arrived within 5 business days of order shipment. In the event that the order tracking states delivered, to the address provided for the order, a claim number from the USPS may be required prior to a complimentary reshipment being made.
*Please note USPS shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed as some exceptions may apply (i.e. delivery to rural areas or peak holiday traffic).
**Please note that orders shipping with Priority Mail may require a signature confirmation for delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package at delivery, please follow up with your local USPS location with your tracking number to schedule a redelivery or pick-up of your order.
FedEx Overnight – $28.95, U.S. Orders Only
Typically overnight delivery. Please note: Orders received by 2pm EST (11am PST) will ship out on the same day they are received Monday thru Friday. Overnight orders do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays and FedEx will not deliver to a PO box. Also, please note that we use the standard FedEx Overnight Service which does not deliver on Saturday/Sunday.
Canadian Shipping via USPS / Canada Post – $7.95, Canada Orders Only
Delivery time is typically between 4-8 business days and includes door-to-door tracking. Occasionally orders to Canada may take longer to arrive due to delays with customs processing. Note that we are unable to influence the rate at which customs processes orders, and border delays are beyond our control. In the event of non-delivery of a Canadian order shipped via first class mail, we will re-ship the package if it has not arrived within 30 days or shipment.
In the event that the order tracking states delivered, to the address provided for the order, a claim number from the USPS/CanadaPost may be required prior to a complimentary reshipment being made.
International Priority Mail – $34.95, All Non-U.S. Orders
Delivery time is typically between 6-10 business days. Available to all countries served by Fairhaven Health including expedited orders to Canada. Occasionally international orders may take longer to arrive due to delays with customs processing. We are unable to influence the rate at which customs processes orders, and border delays are beyond our control. Please note: Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by customs agencies once the package reaches your country. In the case of customs duty, additional charges for customs clearance are borne by the receiver. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information on duties or any import restrictions.

Package Forwarding Services
Please note: If you are shipping your order to a package forwarding service, it is the responsibility of you the customer to ensure that the address for delivery is provided correctly at check-out, including: account number or reference numbers required.
**If you require verification of delivery, you will need to request a Signature Confirmation for the order. To do this, place into the Notes field on the check-out page: Signature Confirmation Requested
We will ensure that this is added to your order free of charge during processing/shipping.
Damage or loss that occurs after delivery to your package forwarder is not the responsibility of Fairhaven Health.
Please note: Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes if crossing a border, and are levied by customs agencies once the package reaches your country. In the case of customs duty, additional charges for customs clearance are borne by the receiver. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information on duties or any import restrictions. If tax is applied, you will be contacted by your country’s customs office for payment of duty prior to collection or delivery of your order. If you chose not to pay the customs fees and refuse the order, the package will be shipped back to us. Once we receive the order returned by customs, we will proceed with a refund for you less our 10% restocking fee per our return policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable. **Please note that orders returned by customs due take time in transit for return. We do not have control over the speed of the return delivery back to us.
On rare occasions, severe weather may impact delivery. Weather conditions change rapidly, and as a result so do road conditions. In this case, shipping services do not guarantee on time delivery. Also, please note that shipments delayed due to inclement weather are not eligible for refund or credit under the money-back guarantee policy.
Lost or delayed orders as a result of an address error submitted by the customer are not the responsibility of Fairhaven Health. Orders that are returned to us as the result of an address error can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense, for the actual shipping cost for the package. Please note that this expense may be higher than the original shipping cost incurred. If the customer elects to cancel the order, it will be considered a return and a 10% restocking fee will apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
To exchange product in case of damaged merchandise or a broken tamper-resistant seal, an RMA (return merchandise authorization) is required. To request an RMA, contact: firstname.lastname@example.org.
An RMA may also be requested for products purchased within 30 days that are unopened with safety seals intact. Please note a standard 10% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns.
